By installing, accessing, or using the LLMs.txt Generator application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Service Description

LLMs.txt Generator is a Shopify application that:

• Generates structured text files containing your store's product information
• Makes your content accessible to AI assistants and language models
• Provides tools to control AI bot access to your content
• Offers analytics and insights about AI bot interactions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Have a valid Shopify store account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription Plans

The Service offers multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, up to 100 products
• Premium Plan: $8.99/month, unlimited products and advanced features

Payment Terms

• Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused features

Free Trial

Premium plans may include a free trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the regular subscription fee.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your store content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access and process your store data to provide the Service
• Generate and host your LLMs.txt file
• Display your content as necessary for Service functionality

7. Data Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We process your store data to generate LLMs.txt files
• Generated files may be cached for performance
• AI bots may access your generated content
• We collect analytics about file access and usage

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of generated content
• Increased traffic or sales from AI visibility

We do not guarantee that AI bots will access or use your content, or that such access will result in increased traffic or sales.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months for the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that comes closest to the intent of the original.
